Join Us for the 5th Annual Bill of Rights Dinner Featuring Keynote Speaker State Rep. Monty Fritts – Less Than a Week to Secure Your Tickets!

Hey everyone, if you’re passionate about conservative values and supporting the fight for liberty right here in East Tennessee, mark your calendars—because the clock is ticking! With less than a week until the ticket deadline on December 14, now’s the time to grab your spot at the 5th Annual Bill of Rights Dinner. This year’s event spotlights an inspiring keynote from State Representative and 2026 Gubernatorial Candidate Monty Fritts. It’s all happening on **Thursday, December 18** at the Bearden Banquet Hall (5806 Kingston Pike, Knoxville). Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with dinner kicking off at 7:00 p.m.

All proceeds from this dinner go straight to benefiting conservative Republican candidates and the Knox Liberty Organization PAC (KLO). It’s more than just a meal—it’s fuel for the conservative movement in our community, and with Rep. Fritts at the helm of the evening, expect a night charged with vision for Tennessee’s future.

## Meet Our Keynote Speaker: State Representative Monty Fritts

We’re thrilled to have Rep. Monty Fritts as our keynote speaker, delivering his address immediately after dinner. Born on December 10, 1963, Rep. Fritts is a dedicated family man—married with children and grandchildren—and a committed Christian (Baptist). A carpenter by trade who enjoys restoring antique autos and motorcycles, he brings a grounded, hardworking perspective to politics.

Rep. Fritts represents Tennessee’s 32nd House District, and served as Deputy Republican Whip from 2023-2024. In September 2025, he announced his candidacy for Tennessee Governor in 2026, pledging to cut government spending, end overreach, and promote more liberty with less government. His “Christ-first” platform resonates with conservatives fighting for traditional values, religious freedom, and a stronger Tennessee for all. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear directly from a leader who’s poised to shake up Nashville and champion the causes we hold dear!

## What is KLO All About?

For those who might be new to the scene, the Knox Liberty Organization was founded in 2019 with a clear mission: to elect conservative candidates, organize grassroots conservatives, and champion conservative policies. The Bill of Rights Dinner started in 2020 as a key fundraiser for these efforts, and it’s grown into a must-attend event. Past keynotes have featured heavy-hitters like Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs (2020), Mises Institute President Jeff Deist (2021), Dr. James Lindsay (2022), and Congressman Tim Burchett (2023).

Over the last three years, KLO has built the Knox County Conservative Republicans network—a vibrant group of patriots who meet regularly to organize, knock on doors, rally friends and family, distribute yard signs, text and phone-bank voters, monitor government meetings, and keep an active online presence at [https://kccrtn.org](https://kccrtn.org) and on Meetup.

## Real Results We’ve Delivered Together

KLO isn’t just talk; we’ve got the wins to back it up. Here’s a quick rundown of our collective achievements from 2020 to 2025:

– **2020-2025**: Championed civil asset forfeiture reforms to protect individual rights.

– **2021 Tax-Cap Petition**: Gathered signatures from 4,000 Knoxville residents frustrated with sky-high taxes.

– **2022**: Helped elect State Representative Elaine Davis and County Commissioner Rhonda Lee.

– **2023–2024**: Supported Rep. Elaine Davis’s successful bill and defeated the rigged at-large voting system referendum, ensuring district voters have the final say.

– **2025**: Blocked the proposed Knoxville sales-tax increase and elected the first conservative to City Council in over a decade—marking the first Republican pickup against a Democrat-held seat in Knox County since 2018.

And in 2024, we proudly endorsed and helped secure victories for Rep. Elaine Davis, County Commissioners Andy Fox and Angela Russell, and Farragut Alderman Alex Cain. As anyone who’s been in the trenches knows, organizing and running campaigns isn’t cheap. From data analysis to door knockers, mailers, voter outreach, and signs—it all adds up. KLO keeps the conservative machine humming, and events like this dinner make it possible.
