Ladies and Gentlemen, finally a member of the federal government has confessed to all of government’s guilt in the largest intrusion on our civil liberties in the peace-time history of our nation.
Recently, Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch authored a statement admitting to such when detailing SCOTUS’ actions and inactions as they relate to the ending of Title 42 at the southern border. I have attached the statement for your reading pleasure.
The document needs to be shared far and wide. We need to arm ourselves with this for the next “emergency” that WILL be declared by local, state, and federal governments. We cannot allow, in the words of Justice Gorsuch, “And rule by indefinite emergency edict risks leaving all of us with a shell of a democracy and civil liberties just as hollow.”
