The communists in the U.S. Senate are showing they have ZERO understanding of the separation of powers. While the Constitution does grant the Congress to authority to establish lower courts, the United States Supreme Court is set up under Article III of the Constitution. Just like the Executive Branch is under Article II, and the Congress under Article I. The Article I branch has no authorities over the Article III branch of government, short of impeachment.
But hey, commies will do what commies will do. They have largely ignored the Constitution for over a century now, so they aren’t going to let that pesky document stand in their way of more usurpations.
