Sometimes, really rarely, there is a bit of legislation introduced in the U.S. Congress that actually serves to pushback against arbitrary and liberty eroding intrusions of government.
One of the latest “brainchild” (“braindead child”) ideas of the Usurper-in-Chief’s administration is the new regulation set to take effect next week punishes people who plan and execute their family budgets in a responsible manner. The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) will impose higher fees for home borrowers that have good credit, and reward people with bad credit. Shades of the 2008 housing crisis? Yep.

Here is a question for the audience though. Just how long has the public been aware of this new FHFA rule? Weeks now. Yet news breaks today about an attempt to block it (which will be futile). That is a question each of you should ask your Congressman / Congresswoman.
