Once again it seems like certain people, leftists and liberal judges of course, have not read the constitution.

Look at the screen shot below of a statement in the majority opinion. Clearly not understanding the plain language of “shall not be infringed”.
Then in this next screen shot of the tyrant Governor Gavin Newsome’s statement it is clear to everybody that has read the Constitution he is mistaken when he states “Weapons of war don’t belong on our streets.”
Now this comes straight from Article I Section 8 Clause 11 of the United States Constitution –
“To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water”
Letters of Marque and Reprisal are one of the enumerated powers of Congress that allowed them to contract with private citizens to wage war on behalf of the federal government. The reason is because the citizens were often better armed and equipped than government forces. Meaning, Congress relied on the fact there were weapons of war on the streets of our country. Once again proving that politicians have not read, nor understand our federal constitution.
